DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS SEPTEMBER 27TH
NEW this year - Racers can choose to parctipate in the 1 Mile Fun Run, 5K or 10K races*!
*The 5K and 10K are chip timed and awards will be given to 1st and 2nd place in each category across 16 age divisions (the 1 Mile Fun Run is not a chip timed event).
Race Entry Fee Includes:
- Treasure Chest Finish at the 50 Race entry on Saturday, October 7th
- Ticket to the Carolina Panthers vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers game on Sunday, October 29th
- Florida Hospital Treasure Chest 5K t-shirt
- Chipped race bib
- Donation to Florida Hospital Foundation benefitting breast cancer patient services
· Corporate Challenge Awards for:
o Most Donations Collected
o Largest Group of Participation
o Fastest Time (Determined by finish time of each group’s top three runners)
If ordering AFTER September 14th, you will receive a t-shirt without Florida Hospial on the back.
Payroll deduction is available for Florida Hospital employees.
INSTRUCTIONS AND REMINDERS:
1. Complete the participant registration information.
2. Make sure you receive your assigned bib number from your Team Captain prior to or on race day.
3. Be sure you know where your company meeting area is on race day. The race staff will not know where your team is meeting.
4. As you finish the run, move quickly through the finish area. Please remember your finishing time as it appears on the finish line clock. Report this exact time to your Team Captain.
5. Each runner is reponsible for knowing and complying with all official rules and regulations.
6. Children under age 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
Each FL Hospital Location Team Captain will convey details in regard to race packet pick up and race day meeting location.
